Title:  PRA 4 – Security guard

Pay Rate:  - $11.22/hr  20 hrs/week

Benefits: Option to join the NYS Retirement System and CSEA employment union

Type of Appointment:   Part –time, Temporary and Seasonal  April-early Nov.


Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of Senior Staff, the security guard will patrol the buildings and grounds after the site has closed for the day and during evening private events. A valid NYS Security Guard license is required.


Schedule: The position is expected to start in late April and continue until early November 2017. 

Work schedule is Friday and Saturday evening with occasional Sunday hours.

Please join us while we plant our 18th century inspired vegetable and herb garden!  There will be demonstrations of sheep sheering, spinning and beekeeping. Children can enjoy an 18th century style magic show with “Levram: the Colonial Conjurer,” as well as learn how to make kites and play with 18th century toys and games.
